Shipping: We ship every order by UPS Ground, and the cost is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and box size, so you'll see the exact price before you pay. We strive to get every order out the door within 48 hours. If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email. Please allow an extra day of processing over major US holidays. Returns: Because every bar is handmade, we can't accept returns. Please check your order before submitting it, and if you made a mistake, contact us right away — we ship fast. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
