Shipping: We use UPS flat rate shipping for all orders. We're not telling you to order more soap, but if it fits in the same box, it costs the same price to ship it! We strive to get every order out the door within 48 hours. If there is a delay in shipping, we'll let you know via email. Please allow an extra day of processing over major USA holidays. Returns: Put simply, this is a handmade product and as such, returns are not allowed. Please verify your order before submitting it. We try to ship every order as fast as we can so if you made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
